TALiNT In-House Leaders:
Shaking up D&I in Talent Acquisition
HR & TA Leaders
About the Event
Join us on Wednesday 28th April 2021 for our TALiNT In-House Leaders event – Shaking up D&I in Talent Acquisition.
Diverse talent acquisition is still a challenge for organisations, despite over a decade of strategic and tactical focus. With a new momentum arising from events in 2020 we will be discussing why creating a culture of inclusivity remains aspirational rather than something we can take for granted.
Our guest speakers will talk frankly about their own D&I Journey and share what they have learned along the way – the do’s and the don’ts.
We will look at what needs to change if existing strategies fail to make a real difference in the workplace.
This fast-paced event will deliver valuable insight, experience and expertise from senior talent leaders and solution providers through punchy presentations and panel Q&A, giving you the opportunity to take a step back, learn from our expert speakers and ask any questions.
Speakers & Topics
TA Leaders tell us they are stuck – efforts to move the dial on diversity and inclusivity are not bringing the hoped-for results. The task is big and complex, involving employer brand, employee perception, cultural identity, recruitment messaging, tech enablement, the list goes on.
We have asked some experts from in-house talent teams and solution providers to share their thoughts, challenges and successes. We won’t solve D&I in one session, but we may well get some great ideas.
Who Can Attend?
Tickets are complimentary for senior HR and TA leaders. If you are a supplier, please contact email@example.com for sponsorship and ticket information.
