Launched in 2018 and immediately established as one of the most relevant and insightful events in the recruitment and talent acquisition space. Its format of interactive discussions delivers an incredible level of insight and engagement.

The event focuses on how RPO, MSP and Talent Solutions Providers are increasingly shaping how employers both attract and retain talent. Well-established at an enterprise level, outsourcing is increasingly deployed by mid-sized employers. And, as this sector evolves, it is proving to be a key indicator of whether we will reach a ‘tipping point’ of technology rather than human interaction becoming the critical component in engaging with talent.

The event commences with a networking buffet lunch followed by masterclass sessions in the afternoon, a panel discussion and is topped off with a keynote speaker and dinner in the evening.

Delegates attend regardless of whether they have an RPO programme or not as this is a superb opportunity to understand the key developments and innovation in a critical sector of the talent market.
