As we emerge from lockdown, it clearly won’t be a case of ‘going back to normal; things have changed, and although it may be daunting, there’s an exciting opportunity to think differently to support new priorities.
Over the last few weeks we asked a wide variety of employers to rate a number of key talent acquisition activities on a ten point scale of urgency and importance, we thought this would provide a useful reference point in the current environment.
The resulting priority matrix and accompanying report has some interesting outcomes – some expected but also some which challenge expectations and perhaps provoke a wider debate.
Granted it’s a snapshot in time, and whilst not an indication of trend it does suggest some big changes in how Talent Acquisition teams approach future resourcing activities.
