TALiNT Partners and Recruitment International rebrand

Following TALiNT Partners and Recruitment International’s merger at the end of 2018, the company has undertaken a rebrand, streamlining its services and offerings to better reflect its capabilities and coverage across the entire talent spectrum of talent and recruitment. The group now incorporates ten brands, each of which is dedicated to helping employers and recruiters find and keep the people they need.

Recruitment International has rebranded as TALiNT International and will continue to provide news, information and Awards for recruitment companies, including its unique CEO Membership programme. The monthly digital magazine will continue to provide readers with thought leadership pieces and remain the go-to publication for recruitment industry insight. As part of the new strategy, the magazine will be expanding to cover the entire talent network, enabling employers and recruiters to collaborate further and gain unrivalled intelligence.

The publication HR Digital Today, will also be incorporated into the digital offering and expand to cover the UK and Europe in addition to its corrent coverage in Asia.

The Recruitment Leaders Connect series of events will now be known as TALiNT Agency Leaders. We will continue to provide industry-leading events for recruitment company directors and owners across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, with speakers both from and outside of the recruitment industry. These events offer excellent networking opportunities, and our sponsors will continue to benefit from these opportunities to interact with their desired target market.

Talent Leaders Connect, our event offering for in-house recruitment teams, will now be known as TALiNT In-House Leaders. These events will continue to focus on both sector specialisations as well as running in a number of locations, including the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Australia. As with TALiNT Agency Leaders, TALiNT In-House Leaders will continue to offer unrivalled networking opportunities for both delegates and sponsors.

The European Talent Tech Entrepreneur Summit and HR tech events have been rebranded as The TALiNT Investor Summit. This will continue to be a series of events and dinners specifically for HR and recruitment tech leaders to meet and collaborate. The Summit will run in partnership with Deloitte Corporate Finance, as in previous years.  

Launched in 2018, Tipping Point will run again in 2019 as TALiNT Tipping Point. This full-day event will be dedicated to the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) community, delivering thought-provoking presentations and debates relating to the industry.

TALiNT RPO Leaders is our series of dinners specifically for leaders in the RPO industry. These evening events will continue to bring together key executives in this sector to discuss key topics pertinent to the industry whilst encouraging networking and collaboration.

Also launched in 2018, The Good Recruitment Benchmark will become the TALiNT Benchmark Programme. This assessment is focused on providing employers with the opportunity to benchmark their talent acquisition performance with other companies. The assessment, which has been expanded to cover twelve key areas, aims to support companies to improve their recruitment process and resourcing activities. In 2019, this event will grow, with even more companies taking part and attending the Report launch in November.
